Ulrich Koepf , born in Switzerland now living in Miami , Florida, has been in the restaurant business for over 28 years, after building, opening, managing and owning several restaurants and hotels over the years, they accumulated the knowledge & experience it takes to provide service, support and training to create and accomplish a successful, profitable and long lasting F&B operation.
Ulrich is a certified Swiss Chef, received many awards, accolades and mentions in local and national publications. Received multiple 4 Stars in several South Florida publications, 5 Stars in Edmonton, Canada, receiver of the "Executive of the Year" award in the Dominican Republic and has been the star Chef at Pa’ D’s for the last 13 months.
